Welcome to Crown & Caddie. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Crown & Caddie. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, text). By posting, you grant Crown & Caddie a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
Crown & Caddie facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to these transactions. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and timely shipping. Buyers should inspect items upon receipt. Crown & Caddie charges a service fee on marketplace transactions.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Crown & Caddie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content, marketplace transactions between users, or any indirect damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
